“The world is inseparable from the subject, but from a subject which is nothing but a projection of the world, and the subject is inseparable from the world, but from a world which the subject itself projects.”
Maurice Merleau-Ponty from "Phenomenology of Perception" (1945)

Francesco’s Approach
Fostering change is the main objective of any psychotherapeutic treatment. With the Interpersonal Psychoanalytic approach, this change is achieved by helping the patients better understand and acknowledge their unconscious experiences and perceptions of themselves and others.
The therapist can identify unconscious elements that arise throughout the sessions, primarily thoughts, feelings, emotions, and perceptions, and, over time, validate them with the patient, using the free association method, a hallmark of psychoanalytic/psychodynamic treatment.
Francesco is dedicated to upholding the highest ethical standards and professionalism in his work with patients. His patients usually find a warm and compassionate environment that can lead to solid therapeutic connections.
